The Right to Supported Learning
We welcome people of all abilities to Wolverhampton College. We are
committed to enabling people with disabilities and learning difficulties
to participate fully in the learning opportunities the College provides.
We will offer you:
- The opportunity to apply for a course of study in all areas of the
curriculum.
- Specialist guidance and assessment in establishing your learning
programme.
- Specific learning programmes to enable you to progress onto
mainstream College courses.
- Support to meet your additional learning needs throughout your
course of study.
- The opportunity to take a full and active part as a member of the
College.
In addition we will respond to requests for particular educational and
training programmes from groups of disabled people within the community.
The College's 'Disability Statement' is published annually and
gives a comprehensive outline of the College's commitment to and
services for disabled students.
