Students with Disabilities

The College welcomes applications from disabled people. All entrances are ramped or have gradual approaches and the main doors to the Wulfrun Campus, Paget Road site are electronically operated.

Car parking spaces are reserved for disabled drivers at our sites near to ramped entrances. These spaces are available through prior arrangement or by simply using the intercom at the access barrier in the case of Paget Road.

We welcome people of all abilities to Wolverhampton College. We are committed to enabling people with disabilities and learning difficulties to participate fully in the learning opportunities the College provides.

  • Specialist guidance and assessment in establishing your learning programme.
  • Specific learning programmes to enable you to progress onto mainstream College courses.
  • Support to meet your additional learning needs throughout your course of study.
  • The opportunity to take a full and active part as a member of the College.
In addition we will respond to requests for particular educational and training programmes from groups of disabled people within the community.

The College's 'Disability Statement' is published annually and gives a comprehensive outline of the College's commitment to and services for disabled students.
